These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and WAYROC Career Inc. (“Wayroc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to Wayroc websites, the Wayroc career platform, career coaching and work-simulation features, job-related features, and other services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing the Services, or using a feature that presents these Terms, you agree to them. If you use the Services for an organization or through a service agreement, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to the applicable agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. A signed service agreement, order form, or subscription checkout may add terms that apply to the particular service; if there is a conflict, the more specific written term controls for that service to the extent permitted by law.

Wayroc provides informational and educational career-development tools. Depending on your access, the Services may include résumé organization and feedback, career-profile tools, job search and match explanations, interview practice, work simulations, coaching conversations, progress tracking, and related support.

Features, availability, usage limits, model providers, and supported integrations may change. We may add, remove, pause, or update features to maintain the Services, address safety or legal requirements, or improve the experience.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are using the Services for an organization, you must be authorized to do so. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login credentials confidential, and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

One person may not share an account in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by Wayroc’s failure to use reasonable safeguards. We may ask for information needed to verify an account, resolve a security issue, or provide support.

You retain ownership of the résumés, profile information, interview answers, transcripts, work-simulation submissions, feedback, and other material that you submit or create through the Services (“User Content”).

You grant Wayroc a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, adapt, format, transmit, analyze, and otherwise process User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This license ends when the relevant User Content is deleted, except for limited copies retained under our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, security records, or backup systems.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and to grant this license. Do not upload another person’s résumé, confidential employer material, source code, or private repository content unless you are authorized to do so. You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it with an employer or other third party.

The Services may use generative AI, automated extraction, scoring, matching, and other models to produce résumé suggestions, job-match explanations, interview prompts, scores, summaries, or coaching feedback (“Outputs”). Outputs are based on the information available to the feature and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

• Review Outputs before relying on them, submitting an application, making a career decision, or sharing them with another person.
• Do not treat an Output as legal, immigration, financial, medical, mental-health, or other professional advice.
• Wayroc does not guarantee an interview, job offer, compensation level, promotion, admission, or any other employment or career outcome.
• Wayroc does not represent employers and does not make, recommend, or automate employer hiring decisions. Any employer remains responsible for its own people, process, criteria, and legal obligations.

Job listings, company information, links, salary details, market signals, and other information may come from third-party sources or authorized data providers. We do not control those sources and do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, current, complete, available, lawful, or suitable for you. A match score or explanation is a Wayroc tool output, not a statement by the employer and not a promise that the employer will review or accept an application.

The Services may link to third-party websites, repositories, identity providers, payment providers, or job-application systems. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, or decisions. You are responsible for confirming the destination and reviewing what you choose to submit.

If you use Wayroc through ChatGPT or another integration, the integration sends Wayroc only the tool inputs or other content you or the connected model chooses to provide. Wayroc does not receive unrelated portions of your ChatGPT conversation or your ChatGPT account password through that connection. The integration provider separately controls its own account, prompt, response, and usage practices.

You are responsible for reviewing tool inputs and Outputs, using the correct Wayroc account, and disconnecting the integration through the provider’s controls when you no longer want to use it. Disconnecting does not automatically delete information already held by Wayroc; deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.

Access to the Services may be included with Wayroc services or provided through a paid subscription. The purchase flow, service agreement, or order form will identify the applicable price, billing period, taxes, included features, usage limits, renewal terms, and cancellation method.

Subscriptions

If you start a recurring subscription, you authorize the selected payment method to be charged for each renewal period until you cancel. Cancel future renewals using the method shown at purchase or in your account; cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

Included services

If access is included with a Wayroc service or program, eligibility, duration, limits, and any cancellation or refund terms are governed by the applicable service agreement or order form.

Changes

We may change prices or plan features for a future period by giving notice where required. We will not retroactively change a completed purchase except as allowed by the applicable agreement or law.

Refunds

Any refund, credit, trial, or cancellation right is governed by the purchase terms, service agreement, and applicable law. No refund promise is made here that is not shown at purchase or required by law.

You may use the Services only lawfully and in a way that respects other people. You must not:

• use the Services if you are under 16 or if you lack authority to use an account or submit the content involved;
• upload malware, credentials, payment-card data, government identification, confidential material, or personal information you are not authorized to share;
• impersonate a person or employer, misrepresent credentials or experience, or use Outputs to deceive another person;
• use the Services to make or automate a high-impact hiring decision, screen candidates without appropriate human review, or discriminate against a person;
• probe, scan, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass access controls, rate limits, plan limits, or safety systems;
• use the Services to infringe rights, violate privacy, harass, defraud, or facilitate unlawful activity; or
• resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Services except as Wayroc expressly authorizes in writing.

Wayroc and its licensors own the Services, software, design, documentation, trademarks, logos, templates, and other materials we provide, excluding User Content. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose while your account or applicable plan is active.

You may use Outputs that the Services generate for you, subject to these Terms and the rights of others. Outputs may not be unique, and similar output may be generated for other users. You may not remove proprietary notices, copy the Services, or use Wayroc branding without permission.

Our Privacy Policy describes the information Wayroc collects and how we use, share, retain, and delete it. By using the Services, you acknowledge that processing described there is part of providing the Services. You should not submit information that you are not comfortable having processed for the requested feature.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and Outputs are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Wayroc does not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, compatible with every device, or fit for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of job information, third-party services, or any employment result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayroc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the Services. Any exclusion or limitation applies only to the extent it is enforceable in your jurisdiction; nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

You are responsible for your decisions, applications, submissions, account activity, and use of Outputs. You should obtain professional advice when your circumstances require it.

You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time. Wayroc may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay an amount due, misuse an integration, or if we discontinue a Service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

When access ends, your right to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should continue—including ownership, User Content permissions needed for deletion and legal retention, disclaimers, liability, dispute terms, and acceptable-use consequences—will survive. Our Privacy Policy explains what information may remain after account closure and why.

We may update these Terms as the Services, business, or law changes. We will post the updated Terms and change the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the affected Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer or privacy rights, disputes will be brought in the courts of Ontario. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be narrowed or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.
